Duties and Responsibilities:
An occupational Medicine Physician works with health issues that occur in workplaces. When an employer needs to find out how much the risk is for workplaces they call call a Occupational Medicine Physician. They decide how serious the injury is and examine where the injury took place. An oppositional thing the Occupational Medicine Physician can do is conduct medical X-Rays and Tests for employers.

Education:
In order to become a Occupational Medicine Physician you must go to undergraduates school and get a Bachelor’s Degree. Then you must go to medical school and obtain a Doctoral Degree. After that you must complete a residency. The last step is to get licensed.
Demand for this profession;
Even though the Occupational Medicine Physician is needed there has been a shortage in this career. We need a Occupational Medicine Physician to ensure that where our parents or even where we work is a safe environment. If they are not around the people we care about are at risk of getting any disease that can or can’t be deadly. By having them around we can feel safe in our environments.

Reflection:

The Occupational Medicine PHysician is definitely not a career I would like to pursue. A reason why I would not like to become one is because feel as though this job would be putting my health at risk this profession is also something I am not very interested in. As it was said before why would I waste my time doing something that doesn’t appeal to me at all.
