Reflection:

This statement tells us that there is only one version of the truth. That version is when you tell someone everything that happened and do not leave out a detail no matter how small. When you leave out details it makes everything you had said before a lie. By lying you lose trust and respect. If lying is so bad why do so many people continue to do it everyday all over the world? We do not not the true answer but we can make inferences. An inference you can make as to why people lie is that they want to seem cool around other people. Another inference we can make is that they know their actions were bad and were ashamed of them.
