Reflection: 
This statement is true no matter what you do or go. For example do a bad action like steal then you will feel bad. Another example is that if you complete a good action like clean up your trash then you will feel good the entire day. Behind the good action there is good karma, while behind the bad action there is guilt. If a bad action is done the only way to relieve yourself from that guilt is confessing and then completing a good action. This also reletes to being a CTR person because when you chose the right you feel good. On the other hand when you are a CTW person you feel bad and carry the guilt. Even though you carry guilt that doesn't mean you can't make up for your actions by correcting your mistakes. After all you chose the decisions that you want to take in your life. Always remember that it is never too late to Choose The Right.
