Homecoming 2016

1. Homecoming is a way of welcoming students back to their school.
2. In the United States homecoming is a tradition in all schools. Homecoming is usually celebrated during football games. It has been a tradition since the 19th century. Homecoming usually has a court of a King and a Prince and Queen and a Princesses.
3. Celebrating the school's existence is why homecoming is celebrated.
4. The reason why the game is called homecoming game because it is a way to welcome high school graduates back to their school.
5. Girls should wear a dress while boys should wear dress clothes since homecoming dance is semi-formal. One slowdance should be done with you homecoming date out of courtesy.

I personally think that homecoming is a great tradition. My opinion on this is because former graduates have a chance to go back to their high school and see how different things are. It also provides students an opportunity to show their school spirit and pride. Homecoming is also a great opportunity to become familiar with your school's traditions. In addition, homecoming also provides you with the opportunity to become familiar with fellow students that you haven't know before.
